Q: When my "Check Engine" light comes on, do I really need to have it checked out?

A: Most cars have over 200 components that can trigger the "Check Engine" light. Some components are critical and some are not — but if you don't address the minor problems, your car has no way of telling you when something more important breaks.

Q: How often should I change my oil?

A: Every car is different. Many new cars stretch the old 3,000 mile rule out to 7,500 miles, but beware: extended service intervals create an illusion that your car needs less attention than before. Every time we service you vehicle, we check all the fluids.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Absolutely. We stand behind all our work for no less than 12 months or 12,000 miles, and most of the parts we use have a manufacturer's life time warranty.

Q: What's with all the turtles?

A: Several years ago, Helen and Mike — owners of The Car Spa — began collecting turtle figurines. Customer's caught on, and after several years, turtle gifts have multiplied until scores of turtle figurines filled The Car Spa offices. The turtle has become the Car Spa's official mascot.
